Art Pin Publisher

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

1. What We Collect

Art Pin Publisher accesses the minimum Pinterest data needed to manage your pins:

  • Public profile information — your Pinterest username and profile image
  • Board names and descriptions — so you can choose where to post
  • Pin metadata — titles, descriptions, image URLs, and links of pins you post through the app

We do not collect or store your Pinterest password, email address, or any personal contact information. We do not access your private boards, messages, or analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

All data is used solely to provide the pin-scheduling service:

  • Board and pin data is retrieved only when you actively use the app
  • Pin images and metadata are stored temporarily to support scheduled publishing
  • No data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising
  • No analytics, tracking, or cookies are used beyond Pinterest's own OAuth flow

3. Data Storage & Retention

Pin content (images, titles, descriptions) scheduled through the app is stored until the pin is published or you cancel the schedule. After that, we retain only a post identifier for status tracking. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses Pinterest's official API (v5) to read boards and create pins. Pinterest's own privacy policy applies to data they process on their platform. No other third-party services receive your data.

5. Your Rights

You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Pinterest App Settings page. Revoking access immediately stops all data access — no further pins will be posted and no data will be retrieved.

6. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or want to request data deletion, contact the app owner.
